About Us

Mr. Jeffrey Boucher graduated from Montana State University with degrees in Mathematics and Civil Engineering. He later completed a Masters degree in Structural Engineering at Purdue University. As a licensed professional engineer, Mr. Boucher spent almost 40 years designing nuclear and fossil fuel power plants, as well as high voltage substations and transmission line foundations throughout the United States. Mr. Boucher previously worked part-time as a home inspector with the original proprietor of Professional Home Inspections; and has since, reestablished the PHI brand in the Billings, Montana area.

Dianne Webster is the previous office manager/co-owner for Professional Home Inspections, from 1994 through 2006. Dianne is familiar with the home inspection market, and understands the need for scheduling inspections to support the client’s closing date targets. Dianne will help you schedule your home inspection as soon as possible, to meet your move-in date.
